We are excited to write to you in regards to our Flynn Olympic Field Day Event! The Flynn Olympics is a long time ‘field day’ event that is run outside. This year, the event will be held on Thursday, June 5th with a rain date of Tuesday, June 10th! (New Date for Rain Day )
Your student(s) will be participating in 11 stations, some of which involve water, so please plan accordingly.
We are looking for volunteers to help set up and run the stations. It’s a great way to support our Flynn community, and get in on the fun! We are looking for many parents to help set up first thing in the morning. We will also be looking for roughly 20-25 volunteers for both the morning, and afternoon portions of the Olympics.
All volunteers will need to have a completed background check, fingerprints will not be necessary this year. Background paper can be completed with Mrs. Priebe in the office.
